01ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Svarene mobile application and related services. By downloading or using Svarene, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02WHAT SVARENE PROVIDES

Svarene is a local-first wellness and educational app for adults navigating perimenopause. It can help you record symptoms, cycle changes, mood, sleep, treatments, supplements, notes, and other information you choose to enter; review possible patterns; use optional weather and environmental context; prepare Doctor Reports; and ask Vee for general health education.

No Svarene account is required for core tracking. Your primary record is stored on your device, subject to exports and optional services you choose as described in the Privacy Policy.

03HEALTH & MEDICAL LIMITATIONS

Svarene is not a medical device, healthcare provider, laboratory interpretation service, diagnosis service, treatment service, emergency service, or substitute for a clinician. App content, personal patterns, environmental context, and Doctor Reports may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be used to diagnose a condition or decide whether to start, stop, or change medication, supplements, or other care.

Do not rely on Svarene or Vee in an emergency. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

04PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Svarene is free to download and may offer optional monthly and annual Premium subscriptions. Apple or Google shows the current local price, billing period, eligibility, introductory terms if any, and other purchase details before you subscribe. Prices, taxes, currencies, offers, and availability may vary by storefront and can change.

• Apple or Google processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under the applicable store terms.
• A recurring subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through your Apple or Google subscription settings before the store's stated deadline.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, subject to the store's rules.
• RevenueCat helps Svarene manage subscription status and Premium access.

05VEE & GENERATED CONTENT

Vee is optional and requires consent before the first chat. Requests transmit the limited information described in the Privacy Policy through Svarene's relay to Anthropic. You remain responsible for what you enter and should not include another person's information without permission.

Vee and any optional AI-assisted Doctor Report summary are generated by a third-party AI model. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is general health information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

06OPTIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONTEXT

When enabled, Svarene may use a city or permitted device location to obtain weather, air-quality, UV, or pollen information from Open-Meteo. Provider coverage, accuracy, and availability can vary. You can use Svarene without granting location permission.

Environmental information and possible associations with your self-reported record are context only. They do not establish cause, predict a health event, or provide medical advice.

07USER RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCEPTABLE USE

• Use Svarene only for lawful personal wellness and educational purposes.
• Do not use Svarene for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or medication dosing.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, safety, rate-limit, purchase, or access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Svarene, its content, or Vee responses as a standalone product or dataset.
• Protect your device and review sensitive exports before sharing them.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to optional services when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal, provider, or operational concerns.

08PRIVACY & YOUR INFORMATION

The Privacy Policy explains how Svarene stores the primary record on your device and how optional Vee, environmental, purchase, and export features process limited information. You retain ownership of the health information you enter.

09THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Svarene relies on platform and service providers for optional AI requests, environmental information, purchases, restores, app updates, sharing, and external links. These services may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features and are governed by their own terms and policies.

10AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to use Svarene. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

11INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Svarene, its design, software, content, and evidence library are owned by Spartan Lube Oil Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.

12AVAILABILITY, CHANGES & TERMINATION

Svarene is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue an app feature when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, provider changes, or product operation. We may terminate access for a material violation of these Terms.

13DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Svarene is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or accurate operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Lube Oil Systems LLC and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; medical decisions or outcomes; or data loss arising from device failure, app deletion, exports, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Svarene in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted.

14GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law in your location gives you rights that cannot be waived.

15CHANGES & CONTACT

We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law.
